Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing

Esurance billed my account $100.00 more than their quote, three months later they charged my account another $24.00, I still don't know why! At the end of my six month policy, I tried to cancel, I was informed that I would have to pay a $48.00 fee to cancel, I refused to pay this fee. Now they are sending this bill to a collection agent. Stay away from this RIPOFF company and thier RUDE service reps.
