Assistant manager rudeness

Manager or assistant manager was very rude i tried to return an item and she got what she called a gun and when she first said gun i got scared then she bought out this hand held thing and scanned my product say you didnt get this from here and i have never been dishonest i dont steal and she acted like i stoled it all i wanted was to return it for another one and she was so rude and disrespectful i tried to explain to her that it was only a couple of days ago that i bought it and that i wasnt asking for money back but she was so rude she wouldnt listen to anything i have to say she just walked off and as i was standing there i ask the cashier to come with me to look for the product and the lady deb said ill look now she just told me they didnt sell it there now why would she look i said never mind i didnt like the attitude there as i was leaving she said im so tired of oll the bitches stealing from this store and us taking it back i started to turn around but i didnt wat to get into it with he
