Sonica Lowers manager violates consumer rights and makes illegitamate desicions

I had bought a bag. At time of purchase there was a sale going on buy one item you get 30% off the next item. I looked and looked and couldnt find anything, The sales girl did not want to lose the sale so she offered me 10% off the bag so I can buy it. Yesterday which was 29 days after i bought it I decided to return it because i really didnt love the bag. I came with my receipt. The bag was checked over and over and took so long for them to try to give me a refund. The girl who claims she was the manager SONICO LOWERS was about to give me the refund and then saw the 10% discount and said oh no, the discount means its final sale. You cant return it. I said what are you talking about. No one ever told me it was final and the receipt states that i have 30 days to return for a refund. SONICO LOWERS said well there is no way iam giving you a refund because you got a discount and then she walked away. She was so unprofessional and she made an illegitimate desicion and she should not be managing a store. I had every right to return that item. It was a brand new item in the store and was returned the same way it was purchased, no damages, a perfectly new bag. I had to dipute the charge and now Iam filing a complaint and I will take further action if necessary to prove justice. She didnt want to make a return transaction, she was hesitating the second i walked in the store. She didnt want to give a refund and she had no right to do that!
