Former employee discriminated and retaliated against

I worked for kays for 6 months the manager that hired me was amazing but she was moved because of our stores stamdards. The people who having nothing bad to say about Sterling were probably in a busy location and were flat out lucky. We got a new manager who was 23 and seemed amazing at first. I had an issue because and older lady got hired on full time when her standards where only 4 of 5. I was 3 of 5 and working my way up but i kept being told i had to be five of five so i stated that it was unfair the older lady got fulltime if she wasnt five of five. After stating my opinion i felt a sudden. Change of attitude from my coworkers and boss. One night the assistant manager literaly nitpicked at my every move. Refused to let me take a bathroom break or eat a snack on the sales floor. The next day i walked in and my manager and assis. Manager were both stuffing there face on the sales floor! My manager wanted to talk to me about the previous night and i told her what happened and that i was insulted and didnt appretiate the way i was being treated. She didnt listen to a word i said and didnt seem to. Care. So i walked out because the atmosphere was literlly unbearable i didnt want to be anywhere near them. I felt like this was discrimination and retaliation they gave me the feeling that they were trying to push me out. The only reason the older ladies standards were good was because the manager split EVERYTHING with her. And no one can say that i didnt try for the company or do my job because i did what i could and even won second for the credit contest with a whopping 21apps filled out in one week. My dm never listened to previus coworkers problems so i felt like i had noone to go to for help and the work environment was unbearable. So now my old manager is threatening me with job abondonment! I have reasonable cause if you ask me. What other choice did i have?
