Catonsville Transmission Repair Liars, Cheats, Steal your money!

At first site of the building and surrounding area, you would think that this was a junkyard. There are broken down cars all over the yard, I would say lot, but there is no pavement where all of the cars are. There is no lighting and looks like an abandoned factory. Now believe me people, I would have never taken my car there in a thousand years after seeing what that place looked like. My idiotic warranty company sent me there telling me there was no place else to go. The "Auto Shop" is run by a wife and husband. The wife makes the calls, the husband does the auto work. They told me to diagnose the problem, it was going to cost $180 out of my pocket. The warranty company does not cover diagnostics. They told me I had an oil leak on my cylinder and that the cylinder was completely covered in oil. They pulled the #3 spark plug, for what I don't know and told me I needed to pay another $250 because the warranty company wanted another test done before doing any work. I refused their service and demanded to be allowed to go to another facility. There was no way I was paying all that money just to find out what the problem was and not have anything fixed yet. The next auto shop told me that there was no oil leak, my cylinders were fine and that the other place lied and that it was just my spark plugs. The new shop fixed my car and there hasn't been a problem with it since. I told the warranty company that the first shop lied and told the lady at the auto shop she lied. The warranty guy lied to me saying they would not do business with that shop again and the lady said he never said that and he is telling us different stories. Needless to say, I had to pay completely out of pocket for the whole thing because the warranty company does not cover spark plugs and I never got my money back from the shop. I told them they lied, it was false diagnostics and that I wanted my money back. She said this is what I saw and I stand by it... Right. That means you got caught in a lie and your scared I am going to sue you. The point is, never take your car here. They lie, you might get your car stolen or it could end up like one of the 10-15 dead cars on the yard around their run down shack they would like to call a business. They also go by different names, probably so they won't get caught! Do not use Guardian Warranty company for your car either. They are just as bad and are the whole reason I got into this mess in the first place.
