Lemon Law not excepted by Chrysler Nationwide

So, I bought a 2007 PT Cruiser in May. A month later I had it in because of (what I know now to be) a tranmission problem. I had the car in the shop a total of 7 times in the first year and the dealership could never "duplicate" the issue on their test drives. So August I asked the service manager to take my car home and use it for his personal car over the weekend. That Monday I get a call from him, he felt the problem, and they recalibrated some "tranmission numbers" of some kind and it is fine now. So I take the car back. Within 3 days the car started doing the same thing. So took it back again, then they replaced these gears or whatever that had been messed up by the car "number" being out of range for so long. Whatever... A week later, I am having the same problem with it. SO, I went thru their stupid Lemon Law procedure that they have in my glove box, and got NO response back. So I contact the Attorney General's office in KS and they go thru the same thing, with no response. So he starts making calls to Chrysler finally gets to someone, and they send a response to our request with a big fat no. They will give me a 7 year warrenty on my leased car, but to them this has been fixed and there is no issue with my car. I am very frustrated. The attorney general told me there were 4 cars in their office from Chyrsler with the same response. I am taking the car to a Transmission place to get a quote from them on what it would take to fix it so I can prove there is something wrong with it. I just can't believe this. I have extensive backup showing the times I have had the car in and repeatedly told they can not duplicate it, but when they kept the car and really test drove it, they found a problem.
