3 Months no product, no refund! Threating lawsuit against me for slander!

After talking for over 45 minutes with one of the managers/owners Ray Benefield about the HR1 Hydro-blox HHO System I placed my order for a system on july29 paying the full amount of $412.94 through Paypal.in the conversation with Ray I was informed of a two to three week back log, the units were completed and ready" the hold up was shipping, to which I agreed. I waited patiently sending an e-mail once a week for an update, all unanswered.

On Sept 17 I requested a refund which came unanswered, I repeated the e-mail almost daily, phone calls yielded nothing but voicemails, all unanswered. On Oct 15 I received an e-mail that they were sorry I wanted a refund, to send the product (which they know I had not received) back and my refund would be processed. I sent an e-mail immediately demanding a refund. They responded that it is being processed and I should receive it as soon as possible.

After nothing being returned I continued e-mails demanding a refund. Oct 22 I received an e-mail saying they refunded it into my paypal account Sept 17 the date of my original request and if I did not receive it I need to file a claim with my bank or credit card company for a chargeback, that the error was paypal not theirs. There is no record of any refund back to paypal on Sept 17 or any other day for that matter.

I immediately called and told them this info was false, and demanded proof and a transaction # for the refund, that they need to write a check or what ever they had to do to get me my money. The conversation ended with Ray Benefield reading me my address and telling me that he was going to send the summons to that address, he was suing me for slander!
