Gas coupon is a ripoff!

We received a $100 gas coupon for doing a timeshare visit. It said to send in a receipt for the exact amount, so we did, expecting to get my refund. But instead I get a coupon booklet with $20 coupons that I have to send in exact amounts for again, only in $20 increments. This company needs stopped!!
