Scam, they hung up on me!

I did not get the name of the man who answered the phone, unfortunately. I told him I had received a final notice concerning our vehicle warranty but it doesn't say what vehicle? He asked, "What year is your vehicle?" I replied we have 4. He asked for the years of all 4. I asked, "Why don't you tell me which vehicle this final notice is for?" And he hung up on me. Oh, yeah, very reputable business here! I thought it was a scam just from looking at the letter they sent, but that quick phone call cinch it for me. And we have warranties already.
