Triad Dodge

I took my 2006 Ram to Triad Dodge for a routine oil change.in checking my air filter they didn't secure it back in place and it got sucked into my turbo and engine. Triad Dodge replaced the turbo, but refused to replace the engine. They claimed the engine was strong enough to digest an air filter.

The engine started building up excessive pressure and ejecting oil and the dip stick out and onto the motor. Triad Dodge finally agreed to install a new short block and that went a long way in stopping the oil leaks, but didn't fix the problem completely.

After much cajoling, Triad took the truck back in and said they would have an engineer come in and fix the problem. After 30 days the problem had not been fixed, but the service department had managed to put a big gouge in the hood.

Service ended up repairing the hood poorly and telling me my trucks warranty would not be honored because the engineer suspected I may have flashed the computer in attempts to garner better gas mileage. I retrieved my truck and took it to Kernersville Dodge.

Kernersville Dodge put dye in the oil and found a leaking oil pan gasket and a leaking cam seal. Both courtesy of Triad Dodge's inept service department, from when they had put in the short block. Triad Dodge has a corrupt and incompetent service department that should be avoided at all costs.
