Elmhurst Dodge/Larry Roesch Dodge Check Engine Lite and BAD water leak around door top

I have been trying to get my 2003 Dodge Ram truck repaired for over 9 months now. I keep being told "nothing is wrong". WELL if nothing is wrong then why is that annoying check engine lite on all the time. It has been reset and comes back on. I started pursuing these issues BEFORE my warranty ran out (3 year 36k) and now my miles are over that, but they should still fix it since it was a previous ongoing problem.

I was told many excuses including low on gas. The truck runs VERY poorly when it rains out. I can figure this out, but why should I do it and pay for it, this is Dodges problem to fix not mine. As far as the window goes, there have been at least one or two new rubber seals installed and they keep leaking. The edge of the door eats at the rubber and the I get a lap full of water when it rains and when I go thru car washes.

YES, the service advisers reading this know who this it. I am complaining in the net because when I went to Mike Mia (spelling?) who is the store manager he laughed at me. I tried to get with Jeff who is the G.M. But he would do nothing. I am not sure if they are still even around. Autonation sold the Elmhurst Dodge store to Larry Roesch, which I hope helps. Today for example it is raining, I get a wet lap now or carry a bag and towel. REDICULOUS! WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A Ram 4x4 Quad cab here that is worth some dough yet, not a beater!

I am most concerned with the engine/ignition part of the engine when it rains. I may be home bound today. Any ideas?
