I had been billed to get a fix that involved changing the evaporator in my own 2004 4Runner. 8 weeks later, the machine failed again. Another repair center decided the initial manufacturer eveaporator had never been changed. I documented thsi towards the corporate practices of Icecold Atmosphere in Clearwater FL. I recived and initial call-back in respoinse to my mail delivered via their site. Since that time, two more emails via their site (www.icecoldair.net) and 8 telephone calls (needed to keep voicemail, no method to reach a live individual) over a two-week interval haven't been solved. It seems I'm being stone-walled at the moment. Price of my fix was almost $700.00 from ice-cold air. Since that time, I've settled over $1000 to obtain the particular fix done they stated to get completed.
