Wells Fargo Auto Loan
Called my job at 8:30am and told me that I have been noted as refusing to return the car as it is in repo state, and that I can go to Jail

I have gotten at least to months behind, made arrangement, but after all the late fees I am still considered another month behind. I received a phone call from 877-737-0836 state that i am listed as refusing to return the car. I purchased the car for my daughter out of state in college she is a senior now.

So she tells me that they need to pick the car up and I can renegotiate and may arrangment to have the car back on monday today is thursday 10-9-08.

After i told her where the car was I thought about it why would they let me get the car back on monday?

I consider that intentional harrasment and false statement.

As I said I am behind but I am still making payment.
