Overcharger on my credit card

I registered to get a trial of $1.00 and my consideration was charger $45.85. I've attempted to demand many times and that I get no solution. I've also attempted to email them-and I still get no reaction to stop this purchase. I want a return authorization amount to come back it and that I can't-get touching anybody. They're also likely to cost me having a 15% restocking charge for items used to do not purchase.

Please can someone help.
