I was billed for items not ordered

I orderd Acai Natural Path free, simply pay shipping charges. Then I obtain a bundle with Gum and Hoodiwater that used to donot purchase plus they required $41.85 from my cost acct. I named their telephone number without any solution. All traces were active. I do want to deliver them back but I've to truly have a shipping confirmation. They wish to cost me 15%restocking charge for issues used to donot purchase.
