Rip-off abused & mistreated

My husband and I were going to buy a car from Outten in Hamburg. The put a dealer plate on the car that we wanted and let us take it home. We were to go back a few days later to sign the loan papers.

When we went back, we had decided not to purchase the car. We asked for our car back and they refused to give it back. We never signed over the title and we never signed loan papers.

After a battle that lasted three hours, they finally gave my car back.

I don't think anyone should do business with Outten. If you do, DO NOT let them give you a car to "test" for a day or so.
