The sales guy told me he was going to give me 18000 for my trade in but what i got was 14000

My name is ron i bought a used truck from carl malone toyota and the sales guy Adam Bartholomew said they would give me 18000 for my trade and what i got was 14000 and the other 4000 was put back into the loan. And i did not catch this because i did not have any reading glasses at the time and i took him at his word.

I bought the truck on a saturday and sunday evning i had found my reading glasses and took a good look at my sales contract. I could not beleive what i saw. I called my wife in to look at the contract and we hoped it was a mistake on the part of the finance guy. So the next day monday morning we went down to the dealer hoping it was an over sight or mistake. We waited for about 20 minites and talked to the day manager terry harper and he advised me it was not a mistake and that the deal was consumated and there was nothing he could do. And to make matters worse the truck has scratches in the paint and the tires are different types on the front and rear and the rear bumper is bent up on one side i advised him of these problems and he said the deal is finale

. So if you want service after the sale stay away from Carl Malone toyota. I have bought a total of 3 new cars from local honda dealers and they treated us really good befor and after the sale this is the first time i feel i got riped off and lied to.
