Awful experience

I have had a very similar experience... I think this has something to do with our great government (make me throw up... All they care about are their selves and the CEO's of certain companies[that's why the BAIL OUT failed, not that they were worried about us, but for their lobbyists] - anyway... You can not reach them (Allied) - Outsourced to India, just like my job was... I tried numerous times to contact them, I even tried all the options to get someone on the phone... No luck... Just kept on hold. And the original person who called... Their mailbox is always full... No way to get a response back...
