Misleading & Unethical: In Short LIARS!

I had very bad experience with the Budget Car Sales in Aurora Colorado. Said they would take care of two problems, one being the door ajar light that makes the alarm go off at random times, and the other a switch in the steering column that allows the key to be taken out-this one you have to fight for about 10 minutes to get the key out. The original selling point was the 101 point inspection that the salesperson, Mike Mattingly, kept ranting about. These things should certainly be checked under a big deal inspection like that... I asked for copies of this inspection which Matt assured me I would receive. I didn't get these copies even after Matt told me I would get them on three seperate occasions.

When I took the car in on Friday morning I waited to hear from them which I never did so I called at 5 to find out they had my truck in pieces and that for them to fix it I would have to pay $1000. I asked if this was they way they claimed to take care of the problem-by having me pay for it...

The store manager, Angel Oviedo, was a complete * and would not help me with the problem that was reported immediately and the truck was taken to them as soon as possible to have the service. Even though the Salesperson, Mike and the Finance Guy, James, both said they would take care of these problems. And as for the 101 point inspection Angel told me I would "never get that information." He concluded that if I wasn't going to pay for the service that I should come pick the truck up. Since it was Friday and the service department doesn't work weekends I also do get to pick up my truck until Monday when they put it back together. So I couldn't even pick the truck up if I wanted to...

Don't trust these people! Misleading & Unethical. Bait and Switch!!!
