Ripoff dishonest sabotaged my vehicle

I bought a used car and took it to Salinas Valley Car Care for an overall inspection because the brakes were squealing, the brake light stays on, and the acceleration was jerking at the point of take-off. After one hour, he calls me and says the brakes are fine, and there are no other problems with the car except maybe it needs a tune-up but failed to comment on the brake light so I asked. He stated he would have to do some deeper digging to find the problem. Four hours go by so i call him and he says that his equipment is not qualified to find the problem so I picked the car up. The next morning, I go to start my car and it won't start. So I call the Salinas Valley Car Care and they tell me to have my car towed to their shop for inspection so I call the tow truck. Upon inspection by the tow truck driver, he notices that my battery cables had been loosened so hetightened them and the car starts up immediately. I had to pay the tow truck driver $45.00 to tighten my battery cables. One week later I went and got a second opinion done on my brakes by Sears and guess what, the rotors and front brake pads need replacing. They were also able to tell me why the brake light stays without a $90.00 diagnostics test.
