Firestone on El Toro road in Lake Forest is a RIPOFF

I will never go to this Firestone again. I went in to ask for a wheel alignment. Normally you are supposed to test drive the car before and after it's done. Well, the first time the technician obviously didn't do the work because when I started to drive home, my car still veered to the right. When I came back, he drove it and then says, "You are right, they aren't aligned." If he had really driven the car the first time after he supposedly did the work, he would have noticed the wheels weren't aligned.

When he came back the second time, he said there was nothing he could do since my car is a a 4 wheel drive. Well, my car is not a 4 wheel drive, and anyone can tell by looking at my car. Those people are completely incompetent. Please don't ever go there!
