Took my money and sent no rims

I sent this so called company part of the money in good faith and they wont send me my merchandise. I have called and called and called and they always have a silly ass story to tell. But I will get my money back, even if I have to go all the way to Califoria, to the store. Which I would hate to do because I just might destroy the joint.

They should not be in business and the state of calfornia should be ashamed for letting this company continue doing business in thier beautiful state. Is there anything that I can do to bring this thing to a satisfactory close?
