Scammed me out of my money!

I purchased a set of wheels and tires from this merchant. On the ad they guaranteed they will let you know if the wheels will fit. I was assured they would fit my car before i made the purchase. After i paid in full i started getting the run around. These guys started to lie about having shipped out the wheels, would promise to call me back but never did. I finally received the wheels 2 weeks later only to discover they wouldn't fit, the tires were used, tires were the different size from what i was told, tires were not legal/DOT approved and infact are under recall. DO not do business with these guys. And if you can help me, please contact me. Thanks
