Over-charged and wrongly charged

I hired a truck and so I might transfer a bed, I delivered the van 3 hours after selecting it-up having a complete container of gasoline. I determined my anticipated whole at a maximum of $80 including a regular rate, insurance, and usage rate. Our statement found $123 and so I think I had been billed a $30 charge unjustly.

Then I got billed a $50 from the Budget office in Colorado. I've no idea why this could be billed in my experience. I named the Santa Rosa workplace and requested in order for them to clarify the payment. The worker requested if he might contact me back and not did. I've since quit them a polite concept with my scenario with no you have answered. I'm processing a state through my cardholder.
