Would not return transfer $ after falty advertising of vehicle

I transfered a supposedly excellent condition infinity from north carolina to milwaukee wisconsin. Upon arrival to inspect the vehicle, after it was promised to me imaculate, a dent in right fender, scratches all over from dog, 4 more dents around vehicle, all the interior was ripped from dog nails, and also, the plastic inside was all deeply scratched! The vehicle was already priced to high, oh yea, the headlights were cracked and the belt moldings had mold on them, there was a scratch in rear quarter panel, left side, that was buffed and left dull, etc!

This was a perfect vehiclel, to whos standards!

They would not give me my transfer money back!

I would never do any more business with a car max again!

They didn't even clean and detail it up, who wants to buy a car like that.

I would recommend to stay away! Your buying junk!
