Chris Rancon-Manager Pep Boys Auto in Henrietta, NY,
He is a scam artist. The local news team needs to probe this. I know for a fact, 100% that this manager is selling "jobs" that do not need to be done so that he can profit in some way from them.

We came into the shop to have some minor work done. He reccomended work that was just completed by another shop two weeks prior he tries to clearly say it needed to be done. Plus, he is flirty and just plain inappropriate with good-looking female customers. It is Just sick and gross. I thought we had laws protecting people.
Please put a stop to this horrible display of a unprofessional manager.

The BEST Pep Boys to go to in Rochester, NY, which is the only one I will ever go to again is the Irondequoit, NY store. If you need work done avoid the henrietta shop, only take your business to the other ones.
