I contacted them on 7/15/08. They gave me a pickup date of 7/29/08. They came a day late (not bad) sike! I had a delivery date of 8/10/08. The driver calls to say he is coming on the 8/6/08. I would not be intown until 8/8/08, so this would not help me. I was told that if I did not accept the date, I would have to wait 3 weeks! I called the office sooooo many times and spoke to soooo many people! Dan, Mike, Raphael, Jason and finally Becky! They were not any help. The driver is the one who has total control!!! I think he is the only driver for the entire company. To make a long story short, my delivery came on 9/1/08 LABOR DAy, at 10:00 P.M. This company should be shut down! BEWARE. Do not use this company.
