Failure to reapir leaky oil filte

Glenn at Jiffy Lube in Turnersville was extremely rude and caused me to blow up after telling me he could not repair a leaky filter from service performed by another Jiffy Lube. The warranty of the back states that you should go to the center that performed the service but if that is not convenient you can take it to any location.

The manager Paul LoPresti who advertises on the radio how much of a good guy he is and that he is an outstandding member of the community made the situation worse.infuriating me even more.

How simple can this be. I want my oil changed and a new filter and would help if that filter did not leak.
Both Paul and Glenn represented reasons why you should not take your car to Jiffy Lube, especially Turnersville, NJ.
