Harrassed, violated privacy and ripped me off

I signed up with Roadloans in January and since I have purchased my vehicle I have had nothing but drama. I admit I got behind on some payments due to the fact I am used to my bank automatically taking my payments. The first day i was late on my payment I recieved about 15 different calls back to back.

These calls were sometimes back to back or every hour up until 10pm EST. I would speak with the people and tell them when I was going to pay on a certain day and they would not work with me. I am in the military and my paydays are every 1st and 15th and I asked could they get moved to those days and I was told no.

I never heard of a company not willing to work with your paydays to ensure they got their money. They told me that they could change it but way off the date that I could get a payment in. They fail to realize that some people live paycheck to paycheck dealing with families and other expenses.

I got my account almost up to date one Payment behind and then I recieved a threating phone call from a man named Ron, telling me that I needed to sumbit a payment ASAP or it was going to collections. I called back and submitted a payment but a week later and the next bill cycled and I was getting the harassing phones calls.

I went home to visit my family and they have called my parents house numerous of times and my job over and over again, causing my commander to get invovled and put me in a financial class and stated if it happened again I would have to move on back on base. While at home they contacted my uncle who I haven't spoken to in three years and I do not know how they got his number because I do not even know it.

Every time my bill is caught up I some how am charged again and behind that following month. My father has been in charge of my account for the last six months since I have been deployed and now he is seeing it. If you guys need help on anything you have my full support.
