RIPOFF Claims payments on car are behind but all payments have been taken out of military paycheck all the way up to the last paycheck

I have been in the USAF for almost 10 years.

I purchased a used Plymouth Breeze a few years ago. I had the payments automatically deducted from my military pay. The car is about 3/4 paid.

I returned from Iraq a few months ago and assumed everything was fine. I had not received any notices from this company while I was in Iraq nor since I came back. About a week ago a towing company showed up at my parents house (my mother was using the car) to pick up the car for being behind over 3 months. They towed the car before my dad could get ahold of me, even though my dad informed the driver that this car has been paid for through military pay deductions for several years. I contacted Triad and after a bunch of phone calls to different companies and individuals, Triad finally admitted they screwed up and paid to have the car delivered back to my parents house. They also agreed to deduct an extra payment from what I owe.

They claimed they did not know how to get in touch with me, yet they found the car, and have sent mail this week, after they picked up the car.

Today my dad got two phone calls from Triad. The first one said there was a problem and he needed to talk to me. When my dad explained the problem, the guy looked further in his computer and discovered that everything was in fact OK and not to bother calling me. The second call came in to my dad around 7:30 P.M. Stating that unless I called Javier at Triad before they closed tonight, I would be in jeapardy, and the car might be gone again.

Can you help me with some advice on this crazy mess? I have been out of country serving my country, and these fools punish me and embarrass me in front of my parents just because they can't figure out their own system.

Remember, I do have proof of all payments being taken out of my military paycheck.
