My name is Kindra and I have been dealing with Triad and Roadloans since January when I bought a new Kia since day one I have had phone calls at all hours. I have had their employees become rude and cuss me out. When I complained to Scott Dieckmann he did nothing. Since the start of all this mess I have had to change my phone number and I even tried to sell the car to someone else but that seem to always turn down the people. Or that want a bigger pay off then what is owed they want all the intrest rate for the full 5 year that is now turned into 7 years. This company doesn't seem to care about their clients because since 2003 to 2005 my payments were made every month but when they started calling me 3 days before payment was due to tell me I need to pay early I become upset and asked why they were changing my payment date they still to this day refuse to tell me so now my payments are late because I make them on my time. So now they call my family members and co-workers telling them that I can't afford my payment and asking them to make payments for me. Is that really legal. How much does a person have to take. I have even filed with the BBB put nothing has happen yet.
