Fraud and deception

Bought a car on ebay for $13,000and after multiple conversations and pictures wired this man a $10,000 deposit at his request (i know stupid) but i wanted this car. Went to pick the car up (5 hour ride w/truck and trailer) the car no longer looked like it did in the picture primer spots, missing peices that were said to be on the car in the add that werent.

Still offered to buy the car for the $10,000 deposit he said no he had several buyers that wanted the car for $14,000 so i told him i wanted my money back and he said he would wire it back into my account only to find out he had already spent my money and had to relist and sell the car to get me my money back. 3 weeks later he sold the car for $8000 and sent me that money back.

Balance still owed was $2000. That was at the end of March after a month and a half of un returned phone calls i started calling his work and he told me he could only give me $175 dollars a week to pay the balance i felt i had no choice but to agree. The first week he sent me $150 2 weeks later $100.

Now after 3 more months of unreturned phone call ive had it and have to go to small claims court. And just so you know when i went to look at this car at his garage he has several classic cars and a garage full of parts. Ive saved for a car for 3 years for this to happen. This man should be in jail he is a con man and crook
