We bought extended warrenty now they arent fixing my motorjanuary

January 31rst 2008 we went to Automatic Auto Finance (AAF) in need of a car and saw the sign that said 29 dollars a week and 99 dollars down (which was a lie) anyway we told the guy mike H. That we needed a dependable car to get us back and forth to little rock ar childrens hospital (a 3 hour drive) because my oldest daughter age 12 at the time has avm, which is she developed extra veins in her spine which were bleeding and had to be fixed and so far she is doing good thank god. So M.R. Mike said they had a 1999 pontiac Grand AM that they just got in that day and he had to jump start the battery. Then when we filled out the paper work we payed $500.00 just to get the extended warranty which Mike said it covers everything. Ok now here it is August 19 and our car broke down about 2 weeks ago or so and would not start so my mom payed to have it towed to the mechanic which to find out the motor is not any good. Ok then we called heather the boss and they said we had to make a appointment to call her back a certian day so we did. I called her got into it with her and hung up. I called the mechanic asked what was wrong with the car and found out it was the intake which is in the motor so i called back not getting to talk to heather again but her secretary so i left that with her about the intake my husband got off work at 3:30 pm and called up there and again her secretary so the secretary told him that the warranty doesnt cover the intake... And that he has to make another appointment to talk to heather so he asked is there anyway we could make it at 4 pm she said no 11:45 am, (which is when he is at work and its long distance to talk to heather and the secretary done said i cant call it has to b the one on the account. Now the motor going bad is not our fault its been over 6 months since we got the car. And we only have one income that we have been struggling to pay the payments of this car of $69.00 weekly. When i went in to make my payment last week i was saying to them my motor is bad and a lady behind me said im having the same problem u are (she was there to make a payment also) i said alot of people are having problems with aaf. Which i dotn think they should be doing this to people either i want them to pay and have my car fixed the right way or my money back. And also the paint has been chipping off the car where they put touch up paint on it. The price in total for the car itself is over $8,000.00. We all need to take a stand and stop letting these people rip people off and have them shut down. I am willing to go as far as i can with this.
