Bad Carpet quality

I'm so disspointed with Kingdom and certainly will never utilize them again or suggested anybody. We got horrible inexpensive berber carpet. We'd berber rug for 16 years previouisly, exactly the same one and not had any issues. The only real cause I improved was since I believed it had been time and that I had a water spot. The very first evening following the contractors quit, they snagged my new berber rug and that I needed to delay per week before an company might come and appear at it and attempt to do the repair and he actually recommended they substitute the entire rug because it was apparent and that I needed to delay another week along with a 1/2 before an company arrived and determined it had beennot a produceris deficiency - the contractors snagged the rug once we weren't actually house! To no avail, your day following the inspector quit, I observed an extended dark tag within the rug - it ended up the carpet seam split which is therefore apparent! Recently two more snags occurred within the carpet and that I am not likely to bring super-glue with me everytime I walk-on the rug. Really dissapointed.
