It's not worth the hassle to buy from them!

I traded in my 2003 GMC Sonoma truck 6/27/08 for a 2007 H3 Hummer.
My payment was due on 6/28/08 for the GMC Sonoma I advised the dealer of this and was told it was not a problem they would get the payoff in and I would be credit back since I signed the contract the day
before it was due. My payments were set up to be debited from my checking on the 28th of each month so on June 28th it was debited.
I spoke with the company that was financing my new vehicle on 7/2/08 they state as of this date I was financed. I contacted Ritz Kar Warehouse
again and advised them I was financed and needed my trade in paid off as soon as possible. I was told I would receive a call back. I never did.
I called again and was told they would check with there accounting department and get back with me. They never did! Today is 8/7/08 and still they have not paid off my trade in! I had to cancel my direct deposit
or I would have been debited once again for another payment on my trade in that they have for sale on there lot! This is ridiculous, they have had more than enough time to pay off my trade in! Not even a call
from them!
Do not buy from this dealer if you don't want to have the same problem!!!
