Former employee tells about misconduct

I was employeed at Midas 3x. W When I started it was a fairly honest and I would often recommend them even after leaving employment. After about 18 yrs. I was working there again for the 3rd and final time. Now the district supv. Is worthless and has no control over his employees. I saw the "TOP TECH" misdiagnose a coolant leak.

After taking the motor out he found that the head gasket was not the problem and thatit was just a coolant housing on the back of the head. Even though he has a guaranteed wage for an occation like this his words were "I'm not eating this" and proceeded to do the head gaskets anyway. It gets even better, after completing repairs the new head gaskets did leak.

His solution was to add stopleak until it didn't leak, at least 2-3 cans. This was a regular customer that trusted Midas, too bad for Maurice and his Acura. TOP TECH also added time to repairs over the book time. Imagine how many times things like that happened in his 16 yrs. At the company. This customers bill was thousands of dollars instead of hundreds that it should of been, not to mention what will next with all the stopleak in the cooling system.

They need to grow up, clean up, quit abusing people, and oh yeah quit shooting spud guns at McDonald's. I could tell more but out of room. If this is disputed lets take the lie detector challenge.
