Sold him a 12 year old sporty import, possibly altering his online NFCU application to raise the price from $8500 to $12000. Charged $705 for tax title tags and stole $2795 for a totally worthless warranty from Lifetime Engine Defender (tm) and Warranty Administration Services, (Redding Calif) The dealer took the car for 2 weeks to fix electrical problems. When the rear main seal blew and the engine seized the warranty was denied the claim. "Warranty does not cover seals and gaskets or damage done due to loss of fluids.
W.A. S has a good BBB rating, dont believe it. It only covers internal engine parts! Not "everything under the hood" as stated by the salesmen.
