No more than petty Thieves

This dealership says they have the lowest prices in the country. That might be true but it does not underscore the fact that they have the worst customer service in the country as well. To put it bluntly, these people are no more than common thieves. They sold me an extended warrantee with my 06 charger and 6 months later, I still have no warrantee.

Actually the people at the warrantee company have never heard of me. I tried to resolve this graciously with Julie Clark, the owner and she gave me the run around and now wont even answer my phone calls. I wanted to see if maybe they just were not around the phone so I had a friend from another state call and they picked up. He told them I had been trying to talk to them about this and she said they would answer my call in the next five minuets. I still have not been able to get these people on the phone. I also had problems at the begining of the sale when they did not make the payoff on my trade in for over two months and my payments were going to my old vehicle instead of my new car. This put me behind in my payments.

All Julie would say is that she had trouble dealing with HSBC auto which is not true because I have been doing buisness with them for over 8 years and they are good about pay and recieve in the car dept. They showed me the date that the payoff was mailed and proved that Julie lied about the date all this was taken care of. This company needs to go out of buisness for the way it treats its customers. I am in the process of getting a lawyer, I have also contacted the local news paper and talked to the assistant editor about a story. I will never be back and WILL get my money back.
