I purchased a vehicle from deals4wheels in march of 08 it was a 2000 ford expedition eddie bauer. When i took it for an inspection sticker it failed needed a ball joint so i went back and they fixed it.in the mean time it had rained and my windshield and sun roof began dripping i went back and dee told me she sesled it. The next thing i know i had some type of problem and i went back the mechanic looked under the hood and said everything looked ok the next time it rain was heavy rains and the water was just coming in i got all wet my clothes were soaked as were my front and back seat passengers.
When i called dee she said that there was nothing she could do i asked her if i could trade the vehicle for something of equal value she said no. So i went to 7 dealerships to see if i could trade it. They told me tha vehicle was a piece of junk and she overcharged for the car i am financing more then the vehicle is worth.
The last dealer ran carfax and this is where i found out that the vehicle was in 2 accidents which was not disclosed to me upon purchase. I tried again to see i dee would trade it she said no.
I want a resolution i dont think i should have to sped big money to fix a leaky windshield and sun roof. How can dealerships get away with cheating people..
So watch out dont buy from deals4wheels.
