Watretown ford plese note this dealer did without my knowledge submitted a extended warranty in which the years was right but the mileage was wrong, they have lied, refused to rectify their mistake and made several false statements to the bbb, watertown

Watertown ford did and will not fix my extended warranty, for the warranty i wanted as 5 years up to 70,000 miles, instead on they gave me a warranty of 5years 17,000 miles. This unethical dealer has refused to rectify my warranty for the mileage i wanted up to 70,000 miles. Actually this backward dealer sold a warranty to me for 17,000 miles which i requested.

Please note they have lied to mass chapter of the bbb, and have not submitted anything whixch wpuld stand up in court to me or the mass chapter of the better business bureau. Only lies, broken promises and song and dance.

I have blogged this dealer. If anyone else out there have been shafted by this dealer. Please go on line and state your problem, maybe a class action lawsuit or picketing will make this dealer change their unethical business practices. I have over 150 pages of evidene to start with. Thank you.
