Beware

I was talked into buying this great sounding warranty (I’m a sucker) &later realized that I would never be able to afford it. As soon as I received the paperwork in the mail I called & cancelled my warranty. The guy told me they needed a written cancellation, so I emailed them on 06/09. I just received my refunded down payment today 07/23,43 days from canceling. I did call &ask where my refund was & the one time they said it should be there Friday... That was a load of crap. Meanwhile, I received several overdraft fees in my account, which was my stupid fault, because I actually thought they'd get my money back to me at a reasonable time. They said 4-6 weeks for the refund, it was 6 weeks & 1 day. They had my money sitting in some account making them money for 6 weeks. Waste of Time!
