Gasoline pump meter irregular price and amount of fuel dispenced

On July 20 stop to refuel at cheveron at w paces ferry nw and northside parkway nw. I pulled to pump with 1/8 of a tank of gasoline I filled my jeep wrangerler up, the pump indicated i recieved 16.670 gallon of fuel. The problem is my tank only holds 15.0 gallons? It should have been about 12.0 gallons of fuel.
