Aamco
I took my car in jan.in less than 6months the car needs to be rebuilt, 1071.32 was new price and as soon as i drive the car off, it's doing the same thing and now they find something else wrong

In jan, i went to aamco to see about possibly rebuilding my transmission on a 94 bonnieville. I explained to the manager of the problems and asked for help. I told him that i had the tranny done and i kept on having problems. The manager assured me that i wouldn't have to rebuild again according to aamcos name.

On jan 23, i picked up car and for a couple months it ran well, still under suspicion that it wasn't right. I took the car back in before i went out of town because it was low on tranny fluid and leaking. They informed me that their was no problem detected. One month ago i had to take the car back in because it wasn't going into overdrive. A few days later i got a call to authorize service because they found other issues that wasn't in the initial rebuild.

When i picked the car up and drove a few blocks i got concerned because i didn't think that it was repaired. First thing, my air conditioning unit wasn't working. When i put my stereo face back in to reset all memory, i noticed that i didn't need to do that. Anytime u disconnect the battery cable ant memory is loss. I don't think that any work was performed because the last time they did work, i had to reset all memory.

The car is currently back at aamco and they're telling me that they don't know what the problem is but it seems to be electrical. Now $3,000 later and less than 6months of usage im still out of my car and stuck with rental expenses and having to find other means to get to work and anywhere else.
