Wont stop taking money out of my bank account unauthorized Dallas Texas

We have used Drive Financial for almost a year. We have NEVER been late on a payment the entire time. We called drive financial to have our due date changed and they confirmed that they would due. This was in Febuary and they are still taking our payments out two weeks early. This has caused hardship and 375 dollars in over draft fees last month. Drive gave us a fax number and asked us to fax bank statements and other documents. We obliged. We have paid money to have these documents faxed to their office, and now when we call they say they don't know what fax number that is. Two different people at DRIVE gave us the same number. We are now trading in our car just to get away from these people. Our local car lot is aware of the problems adn I hope they stir away from using this institution in the future.
