Ripoff harrassing phone calls for payments only 1 day late This just can't be legal

This just can't be legal. Drive financial should be investigated by the attorney general's office.

They are on a campaign of harrassment for payments as little as 1 day late. I normally pay my bill on time but one month i got paid on on the the 20th of the month my payment was due on the 18th.

I received in excess of 15 to 20 calls between the 19th up until I paid the bill the 20th. Ever since then I said screw drive financial. Every month I pay an overage on my account no one calls to tell me not to do this.

I hate the day I accepted an offer from drive financial. They call early in the morning, and late into the evening and I ignore them until recently, I reported their phone number with my phone company as harrassing and nuisence calls. I placed them on call trace so I can have a legal log of their harrassing calls.
