Refuses to credit payment that has cleared my bank

My loan was bought by Drive Financial, I have had nothing but issues with them. I use my billpay from my bank to make auto payments instead of paying the $10.95 they charge to make an online payment, well my payment was paid with my Billpay on the 3rd of this month, I have the voided check from my bank that Drive Financial cashed but they still are refusing to credit my account that I have paid this month and are now charging me late fee's for a bill that was PAID. I am so frustrated at this point! Plus thire live chat people are so RUDE and so unhelpful!
