JENNIFER WILL CALL YOU AFTER YOU CALL THE 1-800- US AUTO CREDIT and she will take your personal information including your social security number and wait probably an hour and then call you back to tell you that you are approved for credit. Now if you are like me, and have had some marks on your credit, which is probably why you are calling this number to begin with, you will be extatic to know that you are pre qualified and approved for 100% financing, no money down, they will put you in a vehicle that day... They will tell you to bring your paycheck stub, driver's license, and a utility bill, and you will guaranteed go home in a new or used vehicle today!!! IT IS NOT TRUE, DO NOT BUY IT, IT IS A LIE, IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING, THEY DO NOT MEAN IT. Let me break it down to you. Here is my story, I called the 800 number and was called back by the phantom we shall call Jennifer, telling me that she was the Finance Manager and she had qualified me for 100% financing. Yes, I thought, this is too good to be true. So I went online and researched their website, and looked for a few reports on the company. I decided that maybe it would be best to try and work out a deal on a vehicle over the phone before driving an hour and a half to their dealearship to pick up the vehicle. NOPE, can't do that. They will tell you that they need you to bring in your information or documents mentioned above and have you pick out a vehicle you want to deal on and then sit down and figure out your payments and insurance and send you on your way. They say that the most time consuming part will be choosing what grand vehicle you want to drive home. Still the skeptic, I went online, found the vehicle I wanted. I didn't have time to call them, THEY called me before I could dial their number to ask me what I wanted to deal on. I told them, gave them the vehicle id number to identify it in their inventory, and the vin, and he (DEREK WHITE) said he would go and check on it and call me back. I called him back two hours later... He was still busy with another sucker, so he would call me right back. Never happened. Well we were at our wits end with them and had decided to not go until the promised us to be in a car when we left their lot, and if that didn't happen the next day, we were finished. Well tomorrow came and they called us in the morning. We asked them specifically "if I come today, driving all that way, are you gonna put us in a car, what is your policy on insurance? Am I guaranteed approved no money down?" We were answered. "you are approved, we want you to come and get your car, we will provided you with insurance for a couple of days to drive off the lot, we will not lose your business over an insurance issue, your are 100% guaranteed approved, no money down!!!" This was said to us by the phantom JENNIFER "loan officer". Well we went. We went in, I filled out my paper work, handed over my papers they asked me to bring, Jeff Taylor took them back into "loan office" for about two minutes came back to the table and told me that I would need a cosigner or 3888.00 Deposit. I was a risk to the bank and they wanted to have me 120% financed... Other words, you wasted your time, we lied to you, we had no intention of putting you in a car, we wanted to get you to come out of pocket, with money you didn't have (that you told us you didn't have) and we wanted to make you look like a total jack... You know.

Bottom line. THESE PEOPLE LIE Jennifer would not even return my phone calls, she never produced herself when we asked for her in the dealership. I point blank called their manager a liar and he told me that he didn't work miracles, when indeed he promises them over the television, internet, and phone. If you buy into this bullcrap, you will be heart broken, out gas money, and terribly pissed off. Do yourself a favor. DON"T DO IT!!! You will be very sorry. Do not deal with Premier dealerships they are very deceitful and they don't want to help you. I honestly don't see how they stay in business and I hope to help them to close. I will be writing a formal letter to Dodge, the president of the company, and let him know exactly what the name Dodge is doing for him on the side of a premier dealership. As for Jennifer, and the rest of her cowhorts, I hope they go home at night, lay down to sleep and do not because they are hurting people. Whatever karma you send out into this world, it will come back to you. Please consumer, don't do it. You are better off sucking it up and going to a buy here pay here place. Also, I would check out any of their vehicles through kelly blue book and through carfax... You will be even more surprised at what you will find.
