Ed Perlowsky owner - I ordered 4 shock Absorbers (#960831) in Jan

In Jan I ordered 4 shcok absorbers for my 1976 Alfa Romeo Spider. I paid $199.00, I never recieved the Absorbers, Had the shierif Dept get in contact with ED, and he stated his Father was sick in New York and will send them when He get all his fathrs affairs together. Never head from him again nor did I get the Shcok Absorbers or a refund. The web site is still up and running. He sold the building he had in CA. He mustowe alot of people money for his internet scam.
