Harassment about a smart bought car that was turned in and we were released from any and all obligations Bloomington Minnesota

In 2005 my husband and I purchased a 2005 GMAC through a smart buy.in March we turned the vehicle in. The odometer reading was at 31K miles. On May 27 we got a letter stating that the mileage was over the 36,000 miles and we They were rude and vile. I got in contact with a Robert Balog who got a copy of the odometer reading and stated that there was a mistake. On June 3 we received a letter stating that the account was released from any and all obligations. Today, on July 3 I received two phone call at my home and my husband received one at work that we owe the outstanding balance of $139. Isn't this illegal since I have a statement of release? How do I resolve this issue. They could call me up right now and tell me it's all taken care of but they could turn around and call again next month stating the same thing.
