TURNED BACK ODOMETER 35,000 miles on used car they sold me

Midway Ford sold me a used car in 2000 that had an odometer reading of 35,000 miles when I purchased it. Right after I purchased the car it began breaking down every other week. I had it repaired almost 27 times in one year for different problems and when I called the corporate office of Plymouth/Dodge, they told me that the car was serviced 8 months before I purchased it (1999) with an odometer reading of 48,000 miles. I took the car back to Midway and they refused to take it back and when I asked them to fix the problems, they told me it would cost over $200 for an ESTIMATE to see what was wrong with it.

I verified at another Dodge dealer in Northridge that the odometer was turned back. They attached a device to the engine block which gave the correct milage that was completely different than the odometer. Do not do business with this company. They are dishonest and their vehicles are a RIP-OFF. I am currently pursuing a lawsuit against this company.
